Pilates has revolutionised the way exercise has been taught. So much so that is principles have been incorporated into all exercise programmes. Good posture and abdominal strength is vital if you want to keep strong and supple into old age. Adele has been teaching Pilates in the local community for over 20 years, initially qualifying in London with The Pilates Institute and annually updates her qualifications to the highest standard.
Each exercise has 3 levels and you will quickly find your level whether you are active and looking for core strength or less active and want to start.
